What kinds of properties do you partner with?
Large, distinctive homes that can host a group: luxury villas, estates, ranches, glamping and retreat properties. Space to gather, outdoor living and wellness amenities help, and we look at every property on its own merits.
Does my property need to be in Las Vegas?
No. Our flagship venue is in Las Vegas, and we're growing a network of destination properties. If your home is somewhere people want to travel to, we want to hear about it.
How do owners get paid?
Owners earn on the stay at a premium to a typical nightly booking, plus a share of what the experience earns. Terms are agreed in writing for each property before anything is scheduled.
Who are the guests?
Professionals, founders and enthusiasts who apply and are qualified for each experience. Rooms are capped and curated, and house rules are agreed with the owner in advance.
I'm a creator. Do I need a huge audience?
No. We don't need a massive audience; we need the right one. What matters is trust, expertise and an audience that wants to be in the room with you. Our marketing does the rest.
What does a host have to pay?
Nothing. We fund the venue, meals, production, staffing and marketing. Hosts promote the experience, show up, teach and host the room, and earn a share of ticket sales.
Can brands and sponsors get involved?
